Yoga's incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person's mental well-being to create mental clarity and relaxation, improve concentration and body awareness and relieve chronic stress patterns.

While I offer yoga classes at local studios, I love working with new or beginner clients looking to improve upon or build a strong basic practice that they can incorporate at home. I like to schedule at least 2-4 sessions where we can build a strong daily, foundational practice that can be easily become a grounding pillar that will improve your overall well-being. No fancy poses or verbiage to learn, just a practical way to bring yoga, breath and meditation into your life. Contact me for more information.
